These terms govern your use of Nombor.XYZ. By accessing the platform, you agree to them.

1. The platform

Nombor.XYZ is a marketplace connecting verified buyers and sellers of Malaysian vehicle registration plates. We facilitate listings, payments, and transfers, but are not a party to the sale itself.

2. Eligibility & verification

Sellers and bidders must complete SAE PASS identity verification. You must be legally able to own and transfer a Malaysian registration plate.

3. Fees

Listing is free. We charge a transaction fee only when a sale completes, based on your vendor tier. There are no credits and no expiry dates.

4. Payments & escrow

Payments are processed by our payment partner and held until the JPJ ownership transfer is confirmed. Nombor.XYZ never takes direct custody of your funds.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, misrepresentation, or attempts to move transactions off-platform to evade buyer protection and fees.
